How to apply or renew
To apply
- Send an email to HighwaysEnquiries@knowsley.gov.uk
- Send a letter to Network and Highway Contract Management, Knowsley Council, Huyton Library, Civic Way, L36 9GD
You will need to provide
- A copy of your vehicle registration document (V5) showing the registered owner of the vehicle and address or copy of the hire agreement showing the hirer name and address if your vehicle is a Motability vehicle
- A photocopy of the front and back of your blue badge (Including photograph)
- If the blue badge holder is not the registered owner of the vehicle, please provide a copy of the disability benefit award letter or utility bill dated within the last three months.
If the area you are requesting an advisory disabled parking bay is not owned by the local authority, we will ask you to obtain written permission from the landowner before we will consider the request further.
