Who can apply
You can apply for an advisory disabled parking bay outside or near to your home. There is currently no charge for this service.
To apply you must meet all the following criteria:
- You are a Knowsley resident
- You hold a valid Blue Badge as a driver or the driver lives with you
- You receive the highest rate of mobility allowance.
- You own or have a hire agreement for a vehicle registered at the address where the bay is being requested
- You do not have a driveway, garage, or off-street parking space (typically 5m between back of footway and front wall of house)
