Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) - Arbour Lane, Broad Lane and Moss Lane, Kirkby

Knowsley residents are invited to have their say on a proposed Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) in Kirkby.

The Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) will deliver mitigations to manage obstructive and indiscriminate on-street parking on Arbour Lane, Broad Lane and Moss Lane, Kirkby, by way of introducing Double Yellow Lines (no waiting at any time) restrictions.

The Experimental Traffic Regulation Order will include:

  • Introduction of Double Yellow Lines (No Waiting At Any Time) restrictions, prohibiting vehicles from parking at any time within the extent of the double yellow lines.
  • Providing a safer route for cyclists and pedestrians.
  • Improved access and egress for vehicles accessing premises on Arbour Lane.
