Falls prevention

Support and advice regarding falls prevention is available via the IKAN team for Knowsley residents over the age of 55. The team aim to help people keep safe and well, maintain fitness and prevent falls. The team provides home-based assessments for residents with low level support needs, including people who may be at risk of falling.
