Apply for an in-year school transfer

You can download an in-year application form to apply for a place in a Knowsley primary school below.

Completed applications should be returned to the Knowsley primary school you are applying to. 

If you are applying to more than one school, you will need to complete and return a form to each school. The school will notify you of the outcome of your application.
