Report a missed clinical collection
Before reporting a missed collection, we ask that you check your calendar to confirm the collection date.
If you still need to report a missed collection, please contact customer service.
Once reported the missed clinical waste collection should be re-collected within 5 days, unless the collection crew are due in the area earlier or are urgently required.
