Who will my information be shared with?
Organisations who deliver training on the council’s behalf, Professional bodies such as the Health and Care Professional Council. Awarding bodies such as ILM, City and Guilds etc.
Do I have to provide this information and what will happen if I don’t?
Some of the information requested on the application form is mandatory in order for the Council to consider an application for Learning and Development to meet its statutory monitoring and reporting responsibilities. Failure to provide this information could result in the Council being unable to consider your application to attend training.
How long will you keep this data for and why?
Applicant data will be stored on the council’s Training and talent management system which is only accessible by authorised personnel who are involved in the administration and\or selection process of workforce development. This information is deleted after one year.
How will my information be stored?
Your personal data will be stored on the Council’s secure network and will only be accessed by staff that need to see this information.
