If you are unable to log into your Property Pool Plus account
When you completed your registration with the scheme you will have been issued with your login details.
If you are unable to locate these details, you can retrieve them via the login page on the Property pool plus website as long as you have an email address linked to your account.
You will be asked to enter your email address and if this is associated with your account you will be sent an email containing your login reference.
If the email address is not recognised, we will not be able to send you a reminder, in which case you will find your login reference on any correspondence that we have sent you.
