Knowsley 0-25 Health and Well-being Service
This service aims to improve the current and future health and well-being of all children, young people and their families.
Support begins during pregnancy and continues until the child reaches the age of 19 or up to age 25 if they have special educational needs.
The service is delivered by Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust and includes Health Visiting, Infant Feeding, School Nursing, and the Enhancing Families Programme for families who might need more tailored support for a longer period of time.

Breastfeeding Buddy and Peer Support Programme
Everyone Health also delivers the breastfeeding buddy peer support programme as part of the 0 to 25 years health and wellbeing service.
This service provides trained volunteers to support mums-to-be and new mums who may wish to breastfeed their babies from the antenatal stage up to eight weeks after birth.
The service ensures all parents (and their families) receive support, information, and the skills needed to breastfeed their babies successfully.
One-to-one support or group support sessions are available.

School audiology screening service (hearing tests)
Everyone Health delivers the child audiology service as part of the 0 to 25 years health and wellbeing service.
This service is carried out in school and offers routine hearing checks for reception-aged children (all ages in special schools) to identify any problems early on in their development.
An early diagnosis will ensure you and your child access treatment and support services. The service is also delivered to children who are educated at home.

School vision screening service (eye tests)
The service is delivered as part of the 0 to 25 years health and wellbeing service and is carried out in school. It offers routine vision screening for reception-aged children to identify any problems early on in their development.
Annual screening is offered to children in special schools. Early identification will ensure you and your child access treatment and support services.
The service is also delivered to children who are educated at home.
