Payment must be made in full and proof of ownership must be provided before the dog can be released back to the owner.

The current reclaim fee is £88.65 for the first 48 hours from when the dog is found.
A confirmation email that the reclaim fee must be shown to Salford Dog Warden upon arrival at the kennels.
Collection from Salford kennels by the owner can only take place between the hours of 2:30pm & 3:30pm Monday to Thursday.
All dogs in Salford kennels will be transferred to Manchester Dogs’ Home at 12pm on Friday or if they have been at Salford Kennels for 48 hours.
If the dog is collected from Manchester Dogs’ Home
A fee of £137.34 will be charged along with any additional fees may be required by Manchester Dogs’ Home. Fees should be paid to Manchester Dogs’ Home directly.
