Prejudice appeals
A prejudice appeal is an appeal against the refusal of a place on the grounds that it would prejudice the education of other pupils at the school. The appeal panel will consider the following factors when making their decision:
- Whether the school has applied its admission policy correctly.
- The reasons why the school has refused a place.
- The reasons why you want your child to attend the school.
- The difficulties that would arise if your child attended a different school.
