Replacing a lost or damaged bus pass
If your pass is lost or damaged, you can apply for a replacement. Replacements cost £10.
If your pass is not working please complete the replacement application and you will be contacted by the Transport Team.
You will need the bus pass that is not working, we will check the number on the bus pass and will arrange for the pass to be returned and a replacement issued. There will be no charge for this pass. However if the pass is deemed to be damaged on return you will be contacted to pay the £10 replacement fee.
