We are proud to offer apprenticeships in a variety of fields such as Highways, Human Resources, Democratic Services, Horticulture, Trading Standards, Fleet and Logistics, and more. Since 2008, we have welcomed over 100 apprentices into our workforce, and we are always looking for more talented and motivated individuals to join us.

As an apprentice, you will not only earn a competitive salary, but also gain valuable skills, experience, and a nationally recognised qualification for your chosen role. You will also receive the appropriate training and guidance from a dedicated mentor in your service, who will support you throughout your journey.
