Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Work within a busy Brasserie/ Bistro and eventually banqueting to offer the best in customer service to our hotel guests and restaurant diners.
  • Responsible for performing a multitude of tasks, including serving food, clearing tables and layups. Cleaning areas to the required health & hygiene standards. Fully training and Health & Hygiene qualifications will be given.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Complete Apprenticeship standard

Key skills to be successful in your application:

  • Qualifications required/predicted – basic Maths & English
  • Great communicator / be able to work within a busy team and department.
  • Hardworking and committed to grow within the position
  • Good time keeper and attendance. Willing to work shift patterns including weekends/ evenings and Christmas.
  • Motivated/ self-reliant and drive and determination to succeed. 
  • Passion for customer service / catering.

Location: Suites Hotel & Spa – Knowsley                           
Contracted hours: 37.5hours                                 
Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage

Top tips for filling in the application form:
