Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Must be able to complete an apprenticeship framework in Certificate in Housing Level 2/3
  • Assist the project managers in the delivery of new build schemes
  • Assist the Growth team with new opportunities for development
  • Assist with administration tasks within the development team
  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the Development Team
  • Assist with raising purchase orders on the Ebis system 
  • Use the Orchard system to log defects and monitor the Workflow
  • Arrange end of defects appointments with customers and contractors
  • Update the Development Project information Map on a monthly basis
  • Update the Execution Document Tracker
  • Upload Health and Safety and Home User Guide information to Documotive at handover of schemes 
  • Proactively support the team with promotional campaigns and attendance at open days
  • Update systems after handover.
  • Raise repair orders on database.

  • ICT skills, including MS office, to support maintaining databases, customer relationship management systems and digital communications
  • Health & Safety – you will be expected to always follow company guidelines around Health and Safety and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations

  • 3 x GCSE grades 4-9 including Maths and/or English

Location: Prescot                                               
Contracted Hours: 35 hours per week                                
Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum wage for age
