Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Must be able to complete an apprenticeship framework in Technical Services Engineering Level 3
  • Key responsibility is to provide service, commissioning, PPM visit and customer support for Ventilux products.

  • Perform commissioning, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
  • Manage all on-site, repair, maintenance and test work
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine effective solutions
  • Tie all workflow back to the schedule
  • Work closely with the Design team in ensuring the project is completed as per specification
  • Co-operate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Pro-actively resolve issues as they arise
  • Identify leads for maintenance contracts
  • Adhere fully to the quality standards
  • Manage stock of spare parts and consumables that are assigned for the jobs
  • Maintain all tools and test equipment to a high standard
  • Operate vehicle in a safely manner
  • Maintain all documentation in a controlled manner in compliance with company and client requirements
  • Actively communicate through the department and across all business functions throughout the business
Training and Development
  • Identify gaps in product and systems knowledge and be pro-active in ensuring it is up to date
  • Be a technical resource, sharing knowledge and experience both internally and externally in the business
  • Be pro-active and work with other areas
  • Provide cover for other areas when required
  • Ensure your product knowledge is current
  • To assign and change resources, to meet daily requirements
  • To be pro-active in resolving issues as they arise
  • To stop a process if quality issues arise
