One Stop Shops

With immediate effect and until further notice, all our One Stop Shops (Huyton, Kirkby, Prescot and Halewood) will be running a reduced service, so that we can reduce the number of customers visiting and help prevent further spread of Coronavirus.

There will no longer be a face-to-face advisor service so please contact the council by going through online services, talking to an advisor through online chat or by telephone.
