Care and Repair service

Knowsley Council, in partnership with Livv Housing, offers a Care and Repair Scheme to help vulnerable people live independently and safely in their homes.

Hospital discharge

Adult Social Care aims for quick, safe hospital discharges with a focus on helping people regain independence at home, but can also provide specialist support if needed.
