An overview of what benefits are available to apply for, including Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support.

The council has a limited fund to help Knowsley residents with food and/or fuel in an emergency. Our scheme may provide some support for essential items of furniture and/or white goods in very specific circumstances where the resident has suffered a major upheaval.

Many local and national services can offer you free help and support. They can help you manage your money, sort debts or claim the benefits you are entitled to.
